Refunds or returns are not accepted on items. 

Cancellation: For cancellation requests, please reach out via email within 24 hours of placing your order. If we do not receive your cancellation request within this time frame, your order will proceed as usual. 

Shipping: All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, and we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during delivery or if the shipment is sent to an incorrectly provided address.

Upon receipt of your order, we will contact you via email if any information is missing. Please note that colors in images may appear slightly different in person due to variations in camera lighting. As our items are handmade, there may be slight imperfections on the products.
